Obituary for Harold Lewis Grohoske

On September 9, 2020 Harold (Red) Lewis Grohoske left this earth and went to his eternal home with our Heavenly Father. He will be deeply missed by his family and loved ones.

Harold was born on June 30, 1932 to Leonard and Ruth (Dughman) Grohoske in Toledo, OH. Harold served honorably in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a member of teamsters, he was a semi-truck driver for many years. He loved to make crafts and share them with his friends and family. He lived in Tomball, TX for many years.

He was married too Betty Wright and Florence Futch.

Most importantly Harold loved the Lord and shared his testimony with many people that came in contact with him.

He is survived by his 4 children, Ed and Virginia Grohoske of Wauseon, OH, Gary and Mary Grohoske of Waxahachie, TX, Brian and Suzanne Grohoske of Tomball, TX, Jeanne Grohoske and James Logan of Clearwater, FL. His brothers Eugene and Bonnie Grohoske of Columbus, OH, Jerry and Becky Grohoske of Bradenton, FL, George Grohoske of Williamstown, OH. His sisters Patricia Frantz of Holgate, OH, and Jane Whitwam of New Port, MI.

17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Sadly, he is preceded in death by his parents, both wives, 3 brothers John, Thomas, and Leonard Jr, and 1 grandson, Gary Lee Grohoske.

A military service in his honor will be held in October of 2020.
