Alan Bradshaw-Sheeley

September 24, 1967 — September 17, 2017

Alan Bradshaw-Sheeley, age 49, died of pancreatic cancer on Sunday, September 17, 2017. His final days were spent surrounded by his family and the many friends across the country whose lives he had touched. Born September 24, 1967, in Riverhead, NY, Alan grew up in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Hastings High School and attended Navarro College and Texas A & M. Alan worked several years at Air Liquide in Houston. Most recently, he worked for the Army Air Force Exchange Service, moving up from a part-time Receiver to a Facility Manager. He worked at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, before being transferred to Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma, then on to Vandenberg Air Force Base in Lompoc, California and he had recently been promoted and was transferred cross country to Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Alan's great passions in life were his French Bulldog Dottie, fishing and BBQ grilling. Alan is survived by his spouse Odette Bradshaw-Sheeley, his mother Carolyn Sheeley and a Village of friends that he called family. Alan has requested to be cremated and that no formal funeral service be held. Family and friends will hold an informal Remembrance Gathering in the home of his brother and sister-in law in Sugar Land, TX. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to the French Bulldog Rescue Network, an organization that was near and dear to Alan's heart. http://www.frenchbulldogrescue.org/memorials/honor/
