Mrs. Anie Abraham was born on May 5, 1967 to Mr. Panickamuriyil Thomas Abraham and Mrs. Mariamma Abraham in the town of Mallappally, Kerala, India. She attended CMS college in Kottayam, India where she graduated with a Bachelors in Physics and a Masters in Sociology. After her migration to America, she settled down and made a home for herself in Houston, Texas where she is survived by her three children Johannah, Jonathan and Jeremy and her husband Saji Abraham. She was employed by Houston Methodist Hospital for thirteen years where she worked in the Pharmacy IT department. She was also a loyal member of St. Thomas CSI Church of Greater Houston and played the role of Treasurer in the Women's Fellowship. Anie will always be remembered for her loyalty, endless love and devotion to God, her family and friends. Despite her battle with cancer, she continued to fight the good fight with relentless faith in order to provide and care for the people she loved. Anie's courage and quiet strength are a reminder to us all to remain humble and gracious throughout life's journey. In church, work, and her home life she consistently surpassed everyone's expectations regardless of obstacles. She often referred to Psalms 91: 9-12 for guidance - it reads: "If you say, "The Lord is my refuge," and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." We have been incredibly lucky and blessed to create memories with someone so passionate and full of life. Anie's presence and infectious smile have changed the lives of the paths she's crossed; and in honor of her memory, we should take the time to let God's love shine through us as it did in hers. While her earthly journey may have come to an end, her heavenly voyage has just begun. She now celebrates her new life and worships at the feet of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Anie will forever be in our hearts and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
