February 8, 1944 — June 23, 2019
Anita Carol Case of Houston, Texas went to be with the Lord the morning of June 23rd, 2019 after a long, hard fought battle with COPD and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Carol was a beautiful woman with a very tender heart full of love and compassion for her family, friends and oh so precious animals. She was one that was not shy about speaking her mind. She was stubborn as a mule and it showed in her tenacity to remain strong even during her toughest battles in life. She loved everything country - music, dancing, décor and her man Willie Nelson. The best part about her is no matter the pain and suffering she endured for years she never ever lost that sense of humor we all loved.
She is survived by her children Wendy Fletcher, Kenny Thompson and wife Susan; daughter in law Jennifer Fletcher; grandchildren Kenneth and Austin Thompson; sister Rebecca Campos; nieces, nephews; her beloved fur babies Amber and Kali; and grand pets Brandi, Laci, Gizmo, Sophie, Riley, Jeff and Olivia.
She is joined in heaven with her son Randy Fletcher and parents Wanda and Leo Guerrero.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, June 29th at 11:00 AM at Pine Island Baptist Church. 36573 Brumlow Rd., Hempstead, TX 77445
