Claudia Alejandra

Our beloved Claudia A. Hernandez went Home to be with the Lord on January 29, 2017. Claudia was only 39 years old and she passed unexpectedly. She loved life and truly valued friendships; she never met a stranger. She was well known for her thoughtfulness, including in her position at Visible Changes Corporate Office. She loved to bike ride, joining the "BP MS-150" from Houston -to- Austin, 3 different times to help raise money and bring hope to many who are affected by multiple sclerosis. She had a huge heart and always helped others. Claudia is survived by her father, Jesus; mother, Elizabeth; brother, Jesse (Chuy) and sister-in-law, Isabel Hernandez. She also leaves behind many other family and close friends who loved her dearly and know that life will never be the same without her. Claudia will be missed dearly. Her beautiful soul and her love of pickles will forever be remembered.
