Cloatee Monique Hubbard was the born 6 October 1981 in Chicago, IL, the last child of both Carol Ann Dumas & Roger Hubbard. Cloatee's intellectual ability was nurtured via Chicago Public Elmementary Schools leading to city-level recognition for her writing starting at the young age of 6. Although orphaned at the tender age of 13 and subsequent rotations through several family homes including foster care, Cloatee's intellectual ability allowed her to earn her GED at the young age of 17. Shortly afer, Cloatee wisely committed her life to Jesus Christ at the age of 19. Therefore, it was no surprise why her faith permeated all she said & did...despite whatever. Following her completion of Job Corps in 2003, Cloatee attended Langston University in Oklahoma and St. Phillips College in San Antonio. Resilient beyond her years, Cloatee joined the U.S. Air Force Reserves (USAF Reserves) in 2005 and in 2008 relocated to Houston with her sister following both of their exits from serving in the USAF. Cloatee is survived by her 6 older adult siblings, 1 maternal uncle and a host of friends and extended family. God allowed her to return to His unconditional, faithful and loving arms 8 October 2016.
