Constance "Connie" Fillman, 85, of Rosenberg, TX, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017. She was born in Lake, Wisconsin on May 20, 1932 to Joseph and Ann Zimny. Connie is survived by her daughter, Colleen Blake and son in law, Homer, her daughter, Tami Morales and son in law, Bobby. Her grandchildren, Rebecca Dekelbaum and husband Steve, Rachel Moore and husband James, Leah Davitt and husband Kevin, John Thorne IV and wife Ramona and Candice Thorne. Her great grandchildren, Abigail and Kyla Dekelbaum, Caleb Moore, Jaxson and Carli Davitt, Step children Randy Fillman, Donna Hinderliter and Cathy Fillman and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, husband Philip Fillman and her daughter Charmagne Loveless. Connie grew up in Milwaukee Wisconsin. That is where she became one of Jehovah's Witnesses in January 1956. In 1958 she moved to Ocala Florida with her family and later moved to Winter Springs FL where she resided until the death of her husband in 2013. In January 2014 she came to Rosenberg Texas to live with her daughter Colleen Blake & husband Homer. In her short time in Texas she made new friends and touched the lives of many especially her great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on June 2nd, 2017 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 700 West Fairgrounds Road, Rosenberg.
