Mr. Daniel Silvas Jr., born December 9, 1980, in Corpus Christi, Texas went to be with the lord on Sunday, September 3, 2017 after a very long and courageous battle with Gleoblastoma Multiform Brain Cancer. Daniel was only 36 years old. When he was called to be with the lord he was surrounded by his two beloved sons, parents, siblings, nephews, as well as other family and loved ones at 2:21 p.m. at Methodist St. John Hospital in Nassau Bay, Texas. Daniel was a resident of La Porte, Texas. He is survived by his two sons Daniel and Matthew, his mother Pamela Hedden, father Daniel Sr. and step-mother Rebecca Silvas, his sister Angela and brother in-law Albert Guerrero Sr. His brother Johnny Silvas, and nephews Albert Guerrero Jr., Alex Guerrero, Andrew Silvas, and niece Kaylee Silvas, and his grandfather Raymond Hedden. Daniel is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, as well as other family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Janet Hedden, and Joe and Janie Silvas. He loved first an foremost his two sons, they were his reason to continue to fight so hard, and his very being. He loved the lord, fishing, barbecuing, and being around his family and friends. Daniel will be sorely missed, always loved, and never forgotten.
