Gordon Tyrone Powell, Jr.

Gordon Tyrone Powell, Jr. was born on July 8, 1964 to the late Gordon T. and Martha Dale Powell. He passed away in Houston, TX on November 11,2024. He was a 1983 graduate of Choctaw county high school and a graduate of Hobson state technical college. Gordon enjoyed alabama football, spending time outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his daughters Kelli (Hagen) Farr of opelika, al and Jordan (chet) Elmore of leroy al; granddaughter Collins Elmore of Leroy AL as well as many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Gordon T. And Martha Dale Powell and his brother Keith Douglas Powell. A memorial was held Saturday, November 23rd at 11:00 AM at Ward Baptist Church in Ward, Al.
