Hortencia Vasquez

Mrs. Hortencia Vasquez died peacefully in The First Colony Health and Rehabilitation Center in
Missouri City, Texas at the age of 76.

Hortencia is survived by Lupe Vasquez; Magdalena Hinson and Janet Vasquez.

Hortencia was born on August, 26, 1942 in Los Fresnos, Texas to Pedro and Angela Trevino .
After moving to Stafford , Hortencia began working for F.B.I.S.D. as a custodian . She was an
inspiration to her daughters. The legacy she left behind for Magdalena and Janet was no matter how
difficult life may get, always keep fighting for what you want in life and to never give up on your
dreams.

Hortencia enjoyed spending her time with her grandsons; Timothy, Johnathan and Gabriel
who loved their momo with all their hearts. She loved to take out her photo albums and look
back at the past times. Hortencia was a hard working individual who did her best in raising her
daughters. She was a good friend to many and will be missed.
