James Dillard, 66, of La Porte, Texas, passed away Monday, November 2, 2015. James was born in Stuttgart, AR on March 20, 1949 to Morris and Leona Dillard. James is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Carolyn Dillard, his children and spouses Keith & Shannon Dillard, Chris and Keri Dillard, and Catina Dillard. He will be loved always and missed by his loving grandchildren, Christina, Krislynn, Katy, Avery, Collin, Brooklynn, Zachery, Everett and great grandchildren, Alana, Addalynn, Aric, Raelynn, and Carson. He is also survived by his brother and sisters, Hester Carnew and husband John, Mary Ann Davis and husband Danny, and Marvin Dillard and wife Dottie. He was preceded in death by his parent Morris and Leona Dillard. Visitation will be held from 9:30 - 10:30am on Thursday November 5th at First Baptist Church. Memorial Service to follow at 10:30.
