James Arthur Williams transitioned on Tuesday, May 24, 2016. The fellowship will be missed by his daughters, Carla R. And Charlotte R. Williams. His sisters, Margaret Brown, Deborah Bilbo, Mattie Coleman, Stephanie Powell, and a host of relatives and friends. The Celebration of his life is being held this Sunday, 2 p.m. at: Pilgram Community Center 3118 Blodgett Street Houston TX 77004
