Jose Blanco was born in Marianao, Cuba on November 11, 1921. He is survived by his wife, Delia Blanco, son and daughter-in-law, Marlon and Alisa Blanco, and daughter Doris Blanco. Grandchildren are Nathalie, Stephanie, Ryan, Regan, Melissa and Andrew. Great-grandchildren are Cole, Sophie, Austin and Matthew.
