Lisa Kaye Ardoin Albright October 4, 1966 - August 7, 2015 Lisa Ardoin Albright went to be with our Lord on the morning of August 7, 2015 in Houston, Texas after complications from her brief battle with cancer. She was 48 years old. Lisa was born in Houston, Texas on October 4, 1966. She was the second of three daughters born to James and Darlene Ardoin. As a child, Lisa enjoyed playing outside with her friends and sisters until the "streetlights came on". She loved animals and never walked away from a stray, always bringing them home. She was an avid reader all her life and did her best to pass on her love of books to her children. Lisa graduated from Galena Park High School in 1984, became a Legal Assistant/Paralegal and eventually married her attorney sweetheart, Joe Albright. They had three wonderful children together. Lisa was a very loving and devoted wife and mother, as well as an enthusiastic and fun-loving aunt to her nieces and nephews. She had a generous and compassionate heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. Lisa is preceded in death by her grandparents, Neal and Irene Moran and Alex and Mildred Ardoin; and an aunt, Myrna Helton. Lisa leaves behind her parents, James and Darlene Ardoin; husband, Joe Albright; children, Victoria Moranne, Stephanie Brynne, and Doyle Joe, II; sisters, Monica Ardoin, and Nikki Wachel and husband Chris Wachel; and many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of longtime friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, 1:30pm, August 15, 2015 at Christ Church Cathedral in Houston, Texas.
