Jeannette Frank, age 84, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2014 after a long illness. She was predeceased by her parents, husband George and son David. Survivors include 4 children and their spouses, Sharon & Gary Byrd, Martha & Richard McDugald, Bryan & Cathy Frank, John & Dana Frank, sister Paula, brother Jimmy, 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Jeannette was loving, kind and gentle and never met a stranger. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family is grateful for the special caregivers at the Cottage of Spring Branch in Houston who treated Jeannette with kindness and tender care during her illness. A memorial service and burial will take place in Laredo, Texas at a later date.
