George B. (G.B.) Robertson, Jr., 80, of Houston, Texas, passed away March 5, 2014. He was born January 6, 1934 in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his family: Wife: Ruby Robertson Son: George B. Robertson III and wife Dana, of Hudson, New York Brother: Bob K. Robertson and wife, Georgianne of North Carolina Sister: Elizabeth and husband Dean Clough of Sugarland, Texas Lifelong friends: the Andrew Lacy family, Betty, Kirk, Andy H, Cara and "grandchildren" Alexander and Mimi Ball. Numerous neices and nephews Mr. Robertson retired in 1995 from the Clerks & Checkers ILA Local 1351 after 38 years of service at the Port of Houston. He moved to Port O Connor, Texas in 1995 where he made many new friends, became involved with the Calhoun County Democratic Club, pursued his love of fishing and developed a new love for golf. Memorial Service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 15, at the Port O Connor Community Center, 2337 W. Adams Street (Hwy 185), Port O Connor, TX In lieu of flower, donations can be made in his name to the CCA of Texas, or a charity of your choice.
