Neil Mr.

Neil Franklin was born December 20th in Plain Dealing, Louisiana. He moved to Houston at a young age, and lived out his last days in Conroe, Texas. After a life full of love and excitement, he went to be with our Lord on November 15th. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mattie and Neil Moss, his brothers Lee, Charlie, Harry, and Earl, his sister Hettie, and his wife of 38 years. He is survived by his children Carrolyn Moss-Griswold and husband Stephen, and Allen Moss and wife Robin, the mother of his children, his grandchildren Preston Moss and Amanda Griswold, his sister Shirley Moss-Franklin, and a host of nieces and nephews.
