Patricia Lynn Clark (Phillips) 1950 - 2017 Our beloved mother, Patricia Lynn Clark, passed away unexpectedly on September 30, 2017 at the age of 67, in Houston, Texas. She was born July 30,1950 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ralph Clark and Mary Elizabeth Baxter. Patricia was a loving and caring wife to her husband, Joseph L Philpott, whom she married on January 12, 2001. Patricia was and a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. Her smile and kind heart will be greatly missed. Patricia is survived by her son, Kevin Phillips (Veronica). daughters, Angelic Phillips and Jennifer Kernes (Jonathan), grandchildren, Jackie Peterson, Scott Kernes, Elizabeth Peterson and Cody Kernes, brothers Duane, Craig, Keith, Kent, sister, Cathy, and several cousins who selflessly assisted in arranging for her return to Utah.
