Priscilla Busby

Priscilla passed away on July 18, 2016, after a long struggle with addiction and depression. Priscilla was born in Pasadena, Texas, September 7th, 1979. She attended Huffman Elementary school and graduated from Deer Park High School with a National Merit Scholarship. Priscilla was an exchange student in Spain with the Echarri family for a year and was fluent in Spanish. She attended the University of Houston. Priscilla was a member of Lake Houston Methodist Church. Priscilla was loved very much by her family, and they always thought she would overcome her problems. Priscilla never recovered from the loss of her brother, Leon G. Busby Jr., and she missed him so much. She was very generous and had a kind heart. We pray for Leon Jr. and Priscilla's peace! Our family wishes peace for all families and children of addiction and depression. We pray for a cure to these horrible diseases. Priscilla is survived by her parents Leon and Charlotte Busby of Deer Park Texas, grandparents Marvin and June Muse of Alice Texas, her partner Jeff Kushner and sons Max and Austin of Houston Texas. Priscilla had many aunts, uncles and cousins, and she was preceded in death by her grandparents Thomas and Jewel Busby of Alabama and Charles Williams of Houston Texas. Priscilla was cremated and her final resting place will be Grand View Cemetery beside her brother.
