On Monday, August 26, 2019, Walter Erwin Glass (Walt, aka Paps), gained his wings. He fought a long, hard battle with cancer, but passed peacefully at home with his family as he had wished.
Walt was surpassed in death by his mother and father, Dorothy and Bill; his sister Linda; and his son, Rick.
He is survived by his love, Brenda Hartley; his daughter Carilyn Sue Albin and her children/grandchildren, Robert, Jakilyn, Stephen, Charlotte, Velia, Robert, Ellanora and Haywood; his son Rick's children/grandchildren, John, William, William, Annabelle and Thomas; his son Christopher and his child Harrison; his step-daughter and son-in-law Jaimee' and John, their children Jenna and Jayce; his step-daughter Sara and grandchild Adison.
As Walt wished, his body has been cremated and no memorial services are scheduled. We ask that you celebrate his birthday this year and send some balloons to him in heaven.
