William Lamont Clark III

William Lamont Clark III, passed away from a sudden illness in Houston on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 43 years of age. William was born December 30, 1980 in El Paso, Texas. His family moved to Plantersville, TX where he attended Navasota schools, and was named Honor Student of the year. His family then moved to Tomball, TX and graduated from Tomball High School in 2000. William was very active in football and FFA with his many friends. After graduating, he moved to Amarillo, TX where he was employed with the Texas Department of Corrections and Hertz Rentals. He returned to Tomball to live with his family in recent years. William was extremely knowledgeable of military aircraft, armored vehicles and firearms and won awards for sharp shooting. William enjoyed studying history and film and was a walking encyclopedia for historical information. Described as a gentle soul, smart, enthusiastic, good humored, a big teddy bear, and a loving and beautiful person. William is survived by his parents Cindy and Roy Clark of Tomball, and Bill Clark of El Paso; and sister Julie Anna Clark of College Station, along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins across the country.
